An experienced business executive living in the Raleigh-Durham suburb of Cary, North Carolina, Alton Delane has advised the SaaS-based deal creation/distribution platform Dashible and is an advisor for enterprise sales/marketing network Emissary since the spring of 2019. Alton Delane previously served nine years as a managing director in the venture capital practice with Dentons, a year as a vice president of business development with Bradley Pharmaceuticals, and seven years as a vice president of investment banking with Raymond James.
Mr. Delane holds a master of business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Before entering the private sector, he served six years as a nuclear submarine officer with the United States Navy, overseeing all onboard engineering and operating areas, from nuclear reactor and propulsion systems to navigation and damage control systems. Alton Delane was awarded a Navy Commendation Medal and a Navy Achievement Medal for his military accomplishments.
